That’s Love is a poignant and touching love story in which Vicki portrayed the role of Sarah, a character of strong principals and as such, clearly troubled by her emotions. With acceptance, comes a woman of great strength, compassion and empathy becoming ever more evident as the story unfolds.

With their heyday in the 70’s, The Frank Daniels Trio were a moderately successful variety act with musically talented husband and wife team Frank and Sarah, joined by Tony the joker in the pack, providing the comedy element. Despite Sarah’s best efforts to repress her ever-growing feelings for Tony, the couple finally succumbs to the inevitable until the hand of fate and Sarah’s conscience, step in to disrupt the harmony. With the lovers drifting apart for much of their lives, it is only when Sarah hears Tony is unwell that she finally makes the decision to do what she should have years earlier.

Written and directed by Ron Aldridge, the play enjoyed a UK tour.
